About Me

My photo
I was blessed with the talent of TEACHING. I know who I am and where I come from, because of my foundation in Our Heavenly Father, Family values, and Samoan standards. This has continuously enabled me to become the Extraordinary Woman I am today.

Persevering to TEACH and EDUCATE

I've just received word that the District and School were not approved the Grant for the Primary Intervention Program, which gave me a position and job in Education of being a Child Assistant. It's been approx. 4 years in California and I have not established my own classroom and a full-time position as an Elementary Teacher. I was fortunate to Substitute from K-12 in various districts, then received a Part-Time position for Stockton Unified School District for the PIP Program at Pittman Elementary and Marshall, but unfortunately there will be no positions and work, meaning no financial support for me. This presents me with returning to plead to the United States of America for financial support and become classified as "Unemployed." I become very humbled with these experiences, because I am a Woman that worked and persevered beyond the limits to become who I am today in preparation for our future generations.
I feel like I am limited now to constantly apply on edjoin.org and having a strong relationship with my laptop who is my main access and partner to finding employment. I have worked in Retail at Macy's with a teaching degree... I have applied to Food Service Worker and Campus Aide for multiple districts. Is there any hope of me doing what I do best, in teaching a class for a whole year? without being given a pink slip to be dismissed in the middle of the school year... I am in constant competition with so many other teachers with one position that gives us no chances, because we are claimed to be "Over-Qualified." I have Faith that with God... Everything is Possible for Our Children to Deserve Extraordinary Teachers, like Us! Heavenly Father blessed us all with talents to share.... I pray that Educators will be seen to be the FIRST PRIORITY as a necessity in life... I will Persevere in Faith!
